Subtracts 6 years from files .11o and .11n
Subtracts 5 years from files .12o and .12n

Subtracts 313 weeks from files .11n
Subtracts 261 weeks from files .12n

Not setup to work on files between 01/01/12 and 02/29/12 
Not reading date - using extension to identify year.

Must perform the TGO fix prior to using other TEQC functions

The TGO fix will only work on the 1st input file (Tab Input 1)
